Firefox 3.0 users - check this out
Ben, NYAC's Special Projects Intern, pointed out this random Firefox 3.0 feature...
If you're using Firefox 3.0 - enter "about:robots" into the address bar (but...you know...without the quotation marks).
You get a rather humorous screen that appears.

I'm homeless...er...officeless...
Last week it was decided that my office needed to be painted in preparation for some new furniture and cabinets I'm getting in my office this week. So Friday I had to move EVERYTHING out of my office and into the conference room here at the office.
Today I came in to help with the cabinet installation (I must admit - I'm feeling pretty useless though as far more capable people are also here helping and I'm not really sure what's going on at any given second with this whole installation plan...). My office's new paint job looks nice - but it's so strange to see my office totally empty.
Since my furniture and cabinets won't be fully installed until later this week - I'm essentially without a work space until next week. Not much of a problem since I'll be in DC for half of the week...but still very strange to come in today... I feel a little homeless while at my own office...I'm just walking around the halls and using intern computers...
I'll be working from home the next couple of days so hopefully I won't be feeling as homeless...but I must say...it is an odd feeling....

Bobby & Letterman kissing in a tree...
Okay...I know that this is an odd first post...and I apologize...but let me tell this story and then I'll explain. Deal? Yes? Excellent!
Bobby and I are thrilled that Letterman is back. The reality is that we'd like to have The Daily Show back more...and they will be back......but without writers....how does that work? So we're betting that Letterman will be of greater value to us while Jon's writers are away. Seriously....how will The Daily Show work without writers (including Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert - both members of WGA) and without any segments?????? Okay, moving on, so we were watching Letterman and during the commercial (while I was trying to find the DVR remote to fast forward) I asked him if he liked Letterman (because before yesterday he had never seen the show...long story...) and he said "I had a sex dream about him last night... Which, after a long series of "Really?" "::giggle giggle:: Yes" "REALLY?" "::laugh:: Yes", was confirmed to be true.
So this post isn't really about Bobby having sex with David Letterman in his dreams ("REALLY?") so much as it is to tell you that after all of this I said "I'm going to blog about this" and after responding to Bobby's "Really?" with a serious "yes" I picked up my laptop and did just that. Mostly because I have been thinking for awhile that I would like a personal and not work related blog. This most recent reminder prompted me to kill a few minutes by picking up my laptop and actually creating the thing. Why did I have a few minutes to kill during Letterman...which was on the DVR so we could have skipped commercials? Well...like I said...it was Letterman and not The Daily Show.......and I hadn't found the remote yet...OH...THERE IT IS!
Enjoy this latest creation and remember...as serious as life may be...don't sweat the small stuff. =-)
