Okay - it's probably not a surprise to discover that I'm not exactly one of the biggest fans of Ronald Reagan (or The Power Rangers for that matter - but that's another story).
However, there is one speech that he delivered which I do appreciate. Something we were watching on TV today made me think of it and I've decided to share it with you... It somewhat pains me that it was Reagan who delivered it - but I suppose that makes it somehow even more significant.
